- This home does not accept, toddlers, children and pets. This home is on the fifth floor. This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room only Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. There is a separate toilet room which is not photographed. For added comfort, small electric heaters are available for use. They are stored in the toilet room and can be plugged into any of the sockets. Please ensure that they are switched off after use and not left on unattended, and that they are not left on close to a flammable surface. There is both internal and external refurbishing with scaffolding around the building. Both at the front and in the internal courtyard; noise can be heard inside the home during working hours and the works are expected to last until March.
