The Space:

Magnificent completely renovated duplex ideally located near Saint-Germain-des-Prés! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to five travelers.



The duplex includes, upon arrival:

• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a convertible armchair for one person with extremely comfortable new bedding as well as storage.

• A bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The duplex also has laundry equipment: drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Upstairs:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An open equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hotplates, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You are staying in an elegant and cultural district of the 6th arrondissement, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a chic and typically Parisian atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in iconic addresses like Les Deux Magots, Café de Flore or Le Procope, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Semilla or Chez Georges, perfect for a refined Parisian gastronomic experience. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Our apartment is ideally located near several metro stations, giving you easy access to the heart of Paris and beyond.



Metro station:

Saint-Germain-des-Prés station: 3-minute walk, you'll find line 4.

Mabillon station: 2-minute walk. Serves line 10.

Sèvres-Babylon station: 5-minute walk, you'll find lines 10 & 12.



By bus :

Several bus lines run through the neighborhood, making it easy to get around:

Lines 28, 58 and 89 - just a 3-minute walk away.

Lines 70 and 95 - a 6-minute walk away.



By cab or VTC :

If you prefer a direct route, cabs and VTC services like Uber are easily accessible in the area. Just enter our address, and you'll arrive in no time!



By bike or on foot:

For those wishing to explore Paris on foot or by bike, our apartment is ideally located to easily reach the city's main attractions. Vélib' (self-service bicycle rental) stations are nearby for a pleasant ride.



Practical advice:

Always carry change or contactless payment for public transport.

Paris subways and buses can be crowded at rush hour, so plan your journeys accordingly.

Download the RATP app or another transport app to keep track of timetables and routes in real time.

Other Things to Note:

We want you to have the best stay possible, so we kindly ask that you review and respect the following rules to ensure a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.



Included Services:

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette:

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
