Nice stay
Place very nice. Close to metro and had all in appartment. The only trouble was to actually find parking and way to it - it was pure luck. So more signs from street indicating parking to place wurh place name would help others.

Hold dig væk fra dette hotel!
Da jeg kom til hotellet, var hele facaden pakket ind i stillads, og dette var jeg ikke informeret om på forhånd. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor jeg hverken kunne åbne vinduer/døre eller benytte balkonen. Receptionen ville ikke kompencere med feks gratis morgenmad el. lign, men jeg kunne blive flyttet to dage senere. Det blev jeg, med lovning på, at jeg kunne blive på samme værelse resten af opholdet. Min reservation varede 4 dage, og derefter 2 dage med en gruppe, hvor et andet firma betalte hotellet. Da mine første 4 dage var gået, kom vi tilbage til hotellet om eftermiddagen, og jeg var låst ude fordi jeg ikke havde chekket ud og ind igen, og de krævede at jeg skulle skifte værelse tilbage til et uden balkon og vinduer! Det måtte jeg gøre. Så to flytninger i løbet af 6 nætter. Der var stor mangel på service fra receptionen side, og hotellet bør ikke rates 5 stjerner, da der hverken er restaurant eller andre faciliteter. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel! 2000 kr pr. nat er det ikke værd.

Fin lejlighed men defekt toilet der først blev bragt i orden efter en nat - temmeligt generende. Man skal køre langsomt for at ramme P-kælderen første gang ellers må man på en ca 3 km rundtur for at forsøge igen

God plads til en familie på fire
Receptionisterne var meget hjælpsomme. Dejlig lejlighed hvor vi selv kunne lave lidt mad. Fine faciliteter.

Familietur til Paris
Vi er en familie på 4 med 2 store teenagere, som har været på bilferie til Paris. Hotellet har en fin parkeringskælder med højt til loftet (ok med tagboks) - som dog kan være vanskelig a finde ind i. Vi fik hjælp af personalet da vi havde kørt 3 gange rundt om hotellet. Beliggenheden er helt i top - lige op af Metro og med udsigt over Seine i meget stille og roligt område, hvor man trygt færdes i de sene timer. ca. 500 meter derfra er et godt supermarked. Personalet er meget hjælpsomt. Man kan købe morgenmad - men det er ALT for dyrt. Hotellet har elevator som virker fint. Værelserne er lidt trætte, men dejlige store og genialt indrettet. Der er stor stue med god sovesofa, som man sover glimrenden på, der er fint soveværelse, bad og toilet adskilt og slutteligt et fint køkken, hvor man sagtens kan lave mad. Der er aircon som virker fint. Der er en lille terresse hvor vi savnede et lille bord og stole. Det var dejligt at der hver dag blev gjort rent og man kunne få friske håndklæder. Internettet virker fint.

The property is not what you expect. You get use to it. It remained me a hotel, what Red Cross gave me as a free stay in my youth in Bronx.Do not expect much, but space is enough.

The property is horrible. We got stuck in the elevator and were not rescued for a while. We had kids in the elevator and there was no urgency. All the person kept saying is keep calm. Also, the day we checked in the room had stickers on the floor and the carpet was not cleaned it was dirty. Then our sink was clogged without us being there or using it. It took them a day and a half to send someone to unclog the bathroom sink. Also, room was not cleaned for two days along with taking out the garbage. I kept on informing the front desk and they took notes and that was about it. No one even said sorry or offered a credit for one night. I would not recommend anyone staying there. I am not sure how this facility has more than one star. Anyhow it is not a good place to stay. There were 2 employees there who were tremendous Carla and Edwin. The rest of the employees were not helpful or spoke English. The property has a lot to desire. I want my money back.

We had high hopes for this property which claims to be rated five stars and as such set our expectations accordingly. Unfortunately there were a number of problems with the apartment, mainly due to lack of maintenance - this included noisy and ineffective air conditioning which lead to being very hot in the apartment; radiators stuck in on; doors and windows that don’t open or are very difficult to; toaster tripped the electrics; the to cabling had been damaged and not repaired and the general condition of the apartment is worn and in need or repairs. Additionally there is one toilet between 2/3 bedrooms and the design is very compact for six people with a separate toilet with no basin and having to walk around doors to get in and out of rooms.

Loved everything about this property. Air con was off as it wasn’t warm enough outside torch on the centralised cooling which is fair enough. Could open the balcony doors but quite a bit of road noise but basically great hotel in great location

Very easy to check in. The staff was very helpful. We were provided a bottle of wine which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. The space was perfect for our needs and if we stayed longer it would have been great to take advantage of the kitchen and living space. Only odd thing is to have the toilet separate from the sink. The sink was with the shower. It would make more sense to have the toilet and sink to be together to be easier to wash your hands after going to the washroom. The hotel was hard for our uber driver to get to without a traditional entrance.

Wonderful professional friendly staff! Clean updated spacious rooms. Lovely kitchen with Nespresso machine. Environmentally friendly suites. Enjoyed their glass bottle and water filter system where you could choose sparkling, fresh or distilled water. Location was easy to hop on metro to city attractions. My family enjoyed our stay.

We were at the property for 3 nights. There were constant issues with water in the bathrooms with very low pressure to no water. The water stopped while we were taking showers etc. it was terrible. I reported this thrice but didn’t improve the situation. The sofa bed could not be used as it sagged in the middle. We had to sleep on one bed with three people. It was a nightmare. I reported twice but the issue was not resolved. The utensils in the kitchen were smelling bad. Reported but not resolved. We were out for the whole days, but when we were at the property, it was terrible. I need my refund back please. I made the request for a refund and they said that Expedia needs to file the case.

Found this property on Expedia that matched most of our check boxes. It is conveniently located not too far from major Paris attractions The metro subway station is only a 2 minutes walk away. Even though the one bedroom unit with a separate living room comes with full kitchen amenities (electric stoves top, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink) we never stayed in the room long enough to put them into good use. There is a Nescafé maker along with a hot water kettle. Bathroom was clean and had ample towels that were changed daily. Staff were nice and attentive. The only negatives we found were that the toilet room lacked an air vent like most hotels in the US. Some of the door and wall paints were chipping. Which didn’t bother us much as we only spent little time in the room sleeping but could affect other guests visual aesthetic. Overall I would give the hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars based on affordability, ease of access, and staff friendliness.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Paris with easy access to the Metro this is your stay. The hotel rooms were quite big also included a kitchen. It was also across from the metro that takes you everywhere in Paris. This hotel is worth it!

We chose our 3-night stay here (1 Bed Deluxe Apartment) based on the high rating on Expedia but were disappointed about the quality of the place on several fronts which I have listed below. The location was convenient, next to a metro station, and walking distance to a Westfield shopping mall. However, this property was old and not clean and I would not categorise it as a 5-star, despite the friendliness of the staff. 1st, some areas weren't cleaned properly, there was hair in the bathtub and dust in the corners of the bathroom. 2nd, the toilet is separated from the bathroom but there is no sink in it! I do not even want to imagine how dirty the inner handle of this toilet unit is. How a toilet is allowed to have no sink for people to wash their hands is beyond comprehension for me. 3rd, the kitchen cleanliness was also disappointing - dirty cutlery drawer. We put everything in the dishwasher to realize that after the first load the soap was not dissolved! I have to state though that the fridge at least looked clean from the inside, but after the lack of cleanliness in other areas we had to wipe it clean from the inside. Fourthly, they put 2 baby cots for us when I gave our kids' ages (8 and 12)!

I offer you our most sincere apologies and inform you that a point has been made with our service provider so that this incident remains isolated.As for the absence of a sink in the toilets, this is unfortunately linked to the configuration of the establishment and is frequently found in old buildings in France. I understand that this may be surprising and not seem very hygienic.Finally, regarding the two baby cots in your room, this is related to the details we received from Expedia for your reservation. In fact, we had 2 children aged 2 years old in the room, which meant setting up a baby bed for our teams and I am sorry if this was not suitable. Great Value for Money.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and were a family of 4 adults. The living room was large and spacious.. cupboards are large and in both bedrooms as well as 1 in the living room. The kitchenette is well appointed with an efficient coffe3 maker, large refrigerator and adequate pots, pans plates glasses etc The best feature is daily housekeeping, with fresh and adequate bath linen being replenished. The hotel is located next to a metro station the city accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful. The property does need some touch ups in the balcony and facade but overall well maintained
