Our modern, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment is perfect for exploring Paris from its center. Located in the charming Mouffetard district, you'll be close to the Luxembourg Garden, Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, the Pantheon, and many other must-see monuments. 🗺️🎡

💡 Important Information:
A supplement of 20€ per person per night is applied for any booking of more than two people. This amount will be directly included in your quote during pre-approval. No additional payment will be required beyond the amount indicated in your quote.

About this accommodation

Located in the famous Mouffetard district, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, our apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Place Contrescarpe, the Pantheon, and the Luxembourg Garden. From there, you can visit almost all of Paris on foot. 🚶‍♀️💂‍♂️

On the plus side…Location near easy shopping is good. Location is nice and quiet ant night even as a ground floor apartment. On the negative…Shower drain flooded over. Reported. Not fixed. Sink drain cracked. Leaking onto floor. Wi-Fi not working for entire stay (4 nights)Sticky floors and counters. Ants and ear wigs in apartment. Broken fan. Bare wires and mould (we have pictures if need be)Slow response from hosts (over 9 hours). To consider…A lock box for wallet/passports. A second chair for fold out table so that two people can dine sitting down.

Great location and in the ground floor with a private entrance. Close to tons of places to eat and walkable distance to busses and the metro. The room had clean sheets and towels, and included plenty of shampoo, toilet paper, and appliances like a blow dryer and washing machine (but no dryer or drying rack). The furniture needs to be updated as the table is broken, the couch doesn’t fold all the way down (so it’s a wobbly bed), and a lot of the outlets and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Additionally, the shower needs a deep cleaning as there was a lot of evidence of mold and there was a smell coming out of a vent in the bedroom that wasn’t very pleasant (maybe the upstairs neighbor cooking something?) Overall, the host was nice and I would stay here again if they update the place a little more.

Great location

Communication with the host leading up to our stay was great, quick replies and very helpful. The location is fantastic, checking in and out was incredibly easy. Apartment is small but has all you need and is clean/well cared for. It was very hot when we stayed but the rooms stayed reasonably comfortable. At the time shower wasn’t draining but host has been informed and hopefully an easy fix. We didn’t require any assistance, host provides a local contact in case of any questions which was a nice touch. The location is easily the best feature and we enjoyed our stay.

Innanzitutto bisogna fare i complimenti all'Host per tutta la sua disponibilità nel rispondere sempre prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta. La sistemazione, anche se piccola, aveva tutti i comfort necessari per una famiglia di quattro persone. La casa era pulita. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere comodamente, anche a piedi, il centro e trascorrere delle giornate splendide. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi sicuramente lo ricontatterò

Great location in the 5th!

Great location for walking around Latin Quarter. Apartment is small - it was tight for myself and my daughter with large luggage. For a person sleeping on futon in main room. - you will hear foot traffic and cars as the apartment is RIGHT on the street. It did not, however, really bother us. Close to lots of cute restaurants and shops and markets. Check in was a breeze - host left very clear instructions. Easy stay!!

Should not be for four people.

If this property was listed for two people I’d be close to four stars. There is a double bed that is great but then the other bed is a ratty old futon. Also with luggage for four the entire area is taken up with luggage when the futon is open. It holds four the way a normal hotel would hold twenty if you threw 8 more beds in it. Besides that it’s fine. The things other people said are true. The door is a beast to open and close. If you were elderly or disabled it would be tough. For some reason the shower door is open at the bottom so the first time we used it the floor was drenched. One of the tvs didn’t work and the other one didn’t have a back on the remote which is odd and annoying with 2 toddlers. The location isn’t perfect but it’s fine. It’s still a good walk from the train. I will note that it’s a little further out which makes the neighborhood really nice but taking Ubers was tricky. Either taxis were expensive bc they didn’t want to take us so far or Ubers wouldn’t pick us up. We booked last minute and stayed three nights so it worked but never again. For two adults it would be quite nice. They packed a lot in the little room so you have a mini fridge and a washer and workable kitchen.

Good but could even be better

It is small but can’t complain as great location, nice bathroom. But some things need some work e.g the fans (which are very necessary as it gets hot) one of them is getting creaky, some outlets do not work, door needs repair, (maybe an air cond?) But these are small issues & we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Paris getaway

We arrived late evening and accessing key in the dark was a problem. Light is on a timer and did not provide enough time to retrieve key. Had to use telephone flashlight. To open door you need a strong shoulder shove to open. No ventilation possible only window opening was door panel. Taking a shower resulted in flooding bathroom floor. Badly adjusted shower door. Towel dryer also did not work. Sofa in living area very uncomfortable. Nobody could sleep comfortably let alone sit. Infestation of small ants in kitchen. Overall grossly overpriced for what we got. Would not recommend. The only redeeming feature the location.

Very Good Central Paris Location

My wife and I spent several days in Paris to site see and visit museums. This property is very well located to see the City. Paris’s wonderful metro system has a stop right there. It is also situated in a wonderful neighborhood with specialty food shops for your every need and excellent restaurants. The apartment is very small but works for two people. Four guests would not work very well. The owner was attentive and very responsive to our communication.

Completely unsafe location due to a broken window at street level. Contacted Vrbo and host declined issuing a refund. We did not stay at the apartment as it was NOT a safe place to stay for my family Host should advertise that the property has a broken sharp glass on the window accessing the street or fix it before it rent it again. Otherwise it is in an excellent location.

Situation exceptionnelle dans le quartier

Les photos et le descriptif sont conformes, appartement bien aménagé compte tenu de la surface. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et très à l'écoute. Il est facile de se garer à proximité, un réel avantage à Paris. La rue Mouffetard vous permettra de trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin si vous ne sortez pas au restaurant, nombreux et délicieux traiteurs.

We rented this for a week. Yes, the apartment is small, exactly as advertised. I shared it with my children, 18 and 21. We found it workable. The neighborhood fantastic. Lots of cafes and patisseries. Centrally located. We were able to walk to most of the famous attractions. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Cute unit and nice location

Enjoyed a week in Paris using this unit as the base. Transportation is very easy from the neighborhood and there are nice cafes around. The unit is ideal for one person, but it is a little small for two. Maikel was very responsive and helpful.
