The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in the iconic Montmartre district, at the foot of the Sacré-Cœur, a perfect location to explore Paris on foot in an authentic and vibrant atmosphere.

Just steps away, you will find cafés, brunch spots, traditional Parisian restaurants, and a wide range of local shops (bakeries, Monoprix, Franprix, etc.).

The neighborhood offers a true Parisian lifestyle with cobblestone streets, terraces, boutiques, and art galleries.

Must-see landmarks such as the Sacré-Cœur, Pigalle, and Abbesses are within walking distance, while major Paris attractions are easily accessible by metro.

Nearby stations including Jules Joffrin, Lamarck–Caulaincourt, and Château Rouge provide quick access across the city.

Getting Around:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), take the RER B line towards the south and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. Then transfer to Metro Line 4 (direction Mairie de Montrouge) and continue to Montparnasse–Bienvenüe, one of Paris’s major transport hubs. From there, the apartment is just a short walk away. The journey takes around 45 to 60 minutes depending on connections.



From Orly Airport (ORY), take Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B towards central Paris and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to Metro Line 4 to Montparnasse–Bienvenüe, followed by a short walk to the property. The trip usually takes 40 to 55 minutes.



The neighborhood benefits from the nearby Gare Montparnasse, a major railway station connecting Paris to many destinations across France via TGV and regional trains, making it extremely convenient for both arrivals and departures.



Montparnasse–Bienvenüe station is one of the largest transport hubs in Paris, served by Metro Lines 4, 6, 12, and 13, offering fast access to key districts and landmarks such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Le Marais, the Louvre, and the Champs-Élysées (with connections).



Additional nearby stations such as Edgar Quinet (Line 6) and Raspail (Lines 4 and 6) further improve accessibility and make exploring Paris extremely easy.

Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
