We overall had a good stay at this apartment The good:The location is excellent and is close to lots of amenities. You can walk to Notre Dame, walk to several metro stops, a few grocery stores, tons of restaurants and cafesThe apartment is small but well equipped with everything you needThe big windows in the front let in a lot of lightThe bed and sofa bed are really comfortable which is nice at the end of a long daySome basic amenities are provided like coffee, soap, etcThe less goodWe had issues with the bathroom- the lights didn’t work at all (so we had to use our phone flashlight) and water started coming from the ceiling on our last day. While I was in constant communications with the management company and they were responsive via text/email, they weren’t successful at getting the issues fixed or at even having someone come over. We are still in communication and I am hopeful we’ll get to resolution, but it was frustrating Other things to know:This apartment is up one flight of stairs, and there’s a tiny elevator if needed. The doors to access the apartment tend to be heavy (typical in old buildings), and the check in process is fairly simple but could be explained better (different codes are needed, and it was overwhelming for my mother).
