Chic location near the Opera & Shopping District

*** ENJOY THE BEST LOCATION TO VISIT PARIS !

The location of my studio is quite chic, very central and well-connected with about 7 metro stations nearby. You can reach almost every landmarks in just 10-15 minutes (direct bus or metro line). Also the 9th arrondissement of Paris is known for the Opera, famous department stores and gourmet restaurants.


*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT!

My 20 sqsm apartment is equipped with everything you need and more to enjoy a very comfortable stay!

• BEDS
There is a new double size bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (80 x 190 cm), as well as blackout curtains and usb outlets. The hotel-quality beddings are professionally dry-cleaned after each guest departure. Also the apartment is very quiet at night.

• CLOTHING AND LAUNDRY
There is a wardrobe with shelves and hanger to properly unpack your luggage. Also, there is a free washer in the unit, as well as a drying rack, an iron and its board. Laundry detergent is not provided.


• KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a dual stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso machine. There are all the necessary pots, pans, flatware, and glassware to enjoy your home-cooked meals. There is an extendable dining table and 3 chairs.

• BATHROOM
There is a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower and a hair dryer. I will provide 2 towels per guest and some free toiletries samples (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash)


• HEATING AND COOLING: There are 2 portable heaters to keep you warm during winter, and a portable tower fans for summer. There is no A/C.



*** WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• A digital House Manual & Local Guidebook



*** HOUSE RULES:
• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.
• No parties.
• No smoking
• No pet



*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD

You will be located in the heart of the shopping district of Paris, near the famous Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and the luxurious shops of Rue st Honoré. Also, the neighborhood provides everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, organic grocery store, late-night convenience store, pharmacy, bakeries, gourmet restaurants, outdoor cafes and street food, laundromat and dry cleaning, ATM, currency exchange, etc…



*** PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The location of my apartment is very central and well-connected with about 7 metro stations within walking distance, among them:
* Chaussee d'Antin Lafayette - metro line #6 and #7 - 3 minutes walk
* Opera - metro line #7 and #9 - 4 minutes walk
* Trinite d'Estienne d'Orves - metro lines #12 - 4 minutes walk

There are too many bus lines to list them all. I recommend you download the Citymapper App to get around Paris easily.



*** GETTING AROUND
• The Galleries Lafayette department store and the Opera Garnier are just a short 5 minutes walk.
• The Champs-Élysées gardens, the Arc de triomphe, the Tuileries gardens, the Louvre museum, the Alexandre III bridge and the Place de la Concorde are only 10-15 minutes by metro/bus (direct line).
• The Eiffel Tower is only 30 min by metro/bus (direct line).
