I welcome you in my 23 square meters apartment which is fully equipped with a well cared decor and ready to receive 2 persons.
It is very well-connected to all of Paris by public transportation and located near the most famous tourist attractions.

## Logement
Located in the 18th arrondissement, the apartment is very well appointed and fully equipped. It will be perfect for a stay for two in Paris,
Located on the 5th floor without an elevator, it includes: a large living room with sofa bed and television, a dining area, a kitchenette and a shower room.

You will have everything at your disposal during your stay: hair dryer, microwave.

A professional cleaning is done after each traveler.

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! You will find various bars, restaurants and shops near the accommodation. For your daily shopping, the MONOPRIX UNIPOTEAU is a 4 minute walk from the accommodation.

Take advantage of your stay to visit the city and its sites of interest such as: the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at 10 minutes by car, the House of Dalida at 16 minutes, the Wall of I love you at 15 minutes, the Place du Tertre at 10 minutes, the Museum of Romantic Life at 17 minutes, and many others.
Discover also the emblematic sites of PARIS such as: Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral (37 min by car), the Eiffel Tower (33 min by car), the Arc de Triomphe (27 min by car), the Champs-Élysées (27 min by car), the Louvre Museum (33 min by car).

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
