The Space:

Living room

A TV is provided, while some of the windows offer a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower between the Parisian rooftops.



A folding bed provides additional sleeping space. The internal staircase leads directly to the upstairs sleeping area.



Kitchen



Open to the living room, the kitchen creates a sociable and practical living space. It includes four electric hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry facilities.



A kettle, coffee machine, toaster, French press and a wide selection of kitchen utensils are also available. Crockery, pans and cooking accessories make it easy to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table and chairs complete the space.



Bedroom



Upstairs, the attic bedroom offers a more intimate and peaceful atmosphere. It features a double bed beneath a large skylight that fills the room with natural light.

- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
