It is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and a complete set of tableware (plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pans, pots and kitchen knives). Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the apartment. Check-in will be handled in person between 12:15 PM and 9:00 PM.



Please note that between 12:15 PM and 4:00 PM, you may drop off your luggage, but you will need to wait until 4:00 PM to check in.

- If there is no news from you after a 30-minute delay, we will consider that you have cancelled your stay, and you will be liable for all costs incurred.



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is located in one of the most pleasant and authentic neighbourhoods of Paris's 17th arrondissement, an area prized for its perfect balance between Parisian neighbourhood life and residential tranquillity. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find numerous artisan bakeries, typical cafés and restaurants where locals like to meet.



The neighbourhood is also renowned for its elegant streets and Haussmann-style buildings, which give it a very Parisian charm. For shopping or simply strolling, you can visit the famous Rue de Lévis, one of the liveliest shopping streets in western Paris, with its permanent market, cheese shops, patisseries and local boutiques.



For a break in nature, the magnificent Parc Monceau – 35 Boulevard de Courcelles is about a 15-minute walk away. This iconic Parisian park is ideal for walking, running or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation in the heart of the city.



Getting Around:

RER C – Pereire Levallois – approximately 7 minutes on foot



Porte de Champerret Metro Station (line 3) – approximately 8 minutes on foot



These lines provide easy access to important locations such as Opéra, Saint-Lazare, La Défense and the historic centre of Paris.



Several bus routes also serve the neighbourhood, including lines 84, 92 and PC, offering convenient connections to other arrondissements.

Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

- To ensure the protection and proper maintenance of the apartment, a mandatory insurance fee will be required after your reservation is confirmed: €8 per night or a €750 security deposit.
