Saint-Mandé is a lively and family-friendly neighborhood with quality shops and restaurants. Brasserie 1901, which offers French specialties, and La Cabane are just a minute's walk away. If you love markets, visit the Saint-Mandé metro station on Thursday and Sunday mornings, or Place de l'Alouette on Tuesdays and Fridays. The local attractions comprise the Vincennes Zoo, Lac Daumesnil, Château de Vincennes, and Parc Floral. This makes it an excellent starting point for exploring and enjoying the numerous activities the region has to offer.
