Property is available to be rented by adults over 25. Families with guests under 25 are welcome provided two adults 25+ are present.

The room is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, adding a touch of elegance and convenience to your stay with a full bath. This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. You may not exceed the maximum number of guests this unit sleeps (2). No unreasonably loud music or parties. Quiet time is after 10

Fountainebleau Terrace Regulations:
- For the security and well-being of all guests, it is a mandatory requirement to wear wrist bands at all times while on the Fontainebleau Terrace property.
- Failure to have a wrist band visible will result in a request to retrieve the wrist band
-Non-compliance may lead to a directive to vacate the premises. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
-Kindly be advised that Fontainebleau is designated as a non-smoking facility.
-Smoking is permitted solely in the vicinity of the trash dumpster situated on the street right of way.
-Smoking or the use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of this policy, including discarding cigarette butts on the ground, will incur a fine of $100 per occurrence.
-Panama City Beach has enacted an ordinance prohibiting smoking on its beaches, with active enforcement through ticketing. We request your cooperation in respecting fellow guests and responsibly disposing of trash.
- Each unit is able to utilize one parking pass on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available at the Nothing Over a Dollar Store or along the beach in the city parking lot.
- To ensure compliance, please prominently display a valid Fontainebleau Terrace parking pass on your rearview mirror. A valid pass should feature your unit number and the month/year of your stay.
- Any vehicles without a valid parking pass will be subject to towing.
- Motorcycles, mopeds, trikes, and golf carts are required to display a valid parking pass and are considered part of the one-vehicle-per-unit allocation.
- For the safety and convenience of all residents, vehicles obstructing access to the dumpster or fire lane will be promptly towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these parking regulations is greatly appreciated
- All guests over the age of 12 must wear a wristband so it is visible to the staff. Only wristbands issued by the Association office will be allowed. Wristbands are $5.00 each (cash, check, or money orders only. No credit cards.)
- Kindly refrain from leaving personal belongings outside your unit or hanging on walkways or railings.
- Items left unattended in these areas will be promptly removed and made available for retrieval at the maintenance shop during regular business hours.
- Any luggage and shopping carts should be returned to the designated storage area in the lobby for the convenience and safety of all residents.

Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is accessible from 8 am to 10 pm. For the safety and comfort of all residents, kindly observe the following rules within the gated pool area:

1.) Prohibited items include food, glass, and pets.
2.) Rafts or large pool floats are not permitted in the pool.
3.) Chairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis; please refrain from reserving or saving chairs.
4.) In the event of thunder and lightning, it is imperative to exit the pool immediately.
