The first bedroom is a delightful suite, boasting an adjoining sleeping nook with a twin bed. Its thoughtful layout incorporates a bathroom accessible directly from the suite or through an additional entrance from the hallway, ensuring both convenience and privacy. A half bathroom is located downstairs, providing added ease and functionality for guests. Moving to the second bedroom, you'll find a serene retreat featuring a plush queen bed.

Looking for even more room to spread out? Sea Haven also includes an oversized couch in the living area that could sleep one or two guests, along with a fluffy twin sleeper chair upstairs, ideal for kids or teens.

Step outside and enjoy two brand new outdoor seating areas. The front area features a charming teal bistro set, while the backyard includes a stone picnic table, outdoor sectional sofa, and a brand new gas grill with a cover, perfect for laid-back cookouts. Inside, you’ll also find a Giant Pac-Man arcade game in the living room, ready to bring out your competitive side. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
