"Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO .."

"We had the wrong room when we arrived and when we originally booked it included the all inclusive package. The hotel clerk charged us an extra 2000.00 American money on top of the 5k we already spent to reserve! The service was horrible and the food was grotesque and it made us venture off to eat elsewhere. I will make sure all my family and friends know the horrible experience we had and will not recommended this hotel to anyone! They charged so many extra fees on top of what we had already...

"Horrible me cobraron un "upgrade" por las 2 habitaciones mintiendome que era en area renovada, los cuartos viejos, la tina no servia, las luces del baño no servian, el A/C rechinaba toda la noche, lo reporté todos los dias y nunca lo arreglaron
El mini bar no lo rellenaban y si les hablabas para pedirles que lo rellenaran decian que si lo habian hecho y ya no era cosa de ellos

"La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones.
El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas....

"Yes we enjoyed the pool very much! I love that it’s only 4 and a bit feet deep throughout. It was nice to be on the adult side for sure. We enjoyed the pillar pool as well, a bit quieter. Our room was clean with plenty of towels daily! Staff were very good and super friendly! The rooftop pool was also beautiful to watch the sunset! The hacienda side where we stayed is a little tired, but overall good! We will come back next year! "
