If you enjoy the nightlife we are located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year.
Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum overnight guests allowed are 12. Day time guest must not exceed 14 people and no more than 5 cars on the property at a time.
There is a one time, non-refundable cleaning fee. Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee.
Pool heating is an optional $100 a day which is our utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary but is limited to 4 hours per day. Additional use of heat will be charged at a rate of $25/hour.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to entire house, pool/spa, outdoor grill, and all yards.
No parties or events are allowed at the property
No sound systems of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. Just like all Palm Springs property and city of Palm Springs rules, we have zero tolerance to any outdoor music. For short term stays the occupancy is limited to 12 overnight guests . An additional 2 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). And only 5 cars are allowed on the property at any time. Please keep these in mind when booking the house. If you aren't able to comply with these regulations, we ask that you find another suitable property in Palm Springs - thanks!
