Repeated warnings after booking that this was in no way comparable to hotel stay and providing numerous alerts on check-in and checkout restrictions and responsibility for partial laundry duties. Very unwelcoming. This didn’t match overall high price for property. Wi-Fi not included. Marriott staff very helpful despite not directly responsible."

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

"It’s not on the beach as implied in the ad, these photos are AI for sure! The tables were broken no one was there to clean or provide tp during our stay. The kitchen was unusable it was absolutely disgusting covered in foil and burn marks. No smoke detector broken table in the kitchen and living room the dang toilet seat wasn’t even attached… give me a break. The best part was the BANDAID holding the batteries inside of the door lock!"

"Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience."
