"We had a wonderful stay on singer island. The unit was spacious and very clean, the beach was amazing and the hotel staff very nice. Greats pools for kids if the beach isn’t your thing. This location is great…easy drive to great restaurants and activities and property manager was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. "

Repeated warnings after booking that this was in no way comparable to hotel stay and providing numerous alerts on check-in and checkout restrictions and responsibility for partial laundry duties. Very unwelcoming. This didn’t match overall high price for property. Wi-Fi not included. Marriott staff very helpful despite not directly responsible."

"Nice proximity to beach, family to north and to the south. Nice kitchen and yard for pups. Some furnishings could use some attention as well as the pool table and ping pong table if you plan to use them. Otherwise it was a quiet, safe neighborhood. "
