"They had strict rules for dogs about not being in beds and furniture, which people need to know so they are contained or not left alone. The house is cute but well worn. The photos are from awhile ago. "

"This was a great property and location if you want to be close to the historic district. The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos, it was also very clean. The whole neighborhood area does not all look like the row of houses in the photo, it confused me a bit while I was driving through but was easy to spot once I found it. It is close to an active railroad track, i did wake up around 3am the nights i stayed because of how close the tracks are, is a bit loud. It wasn’t too bad, but...

"The communication with the host and the area of the property was excellent. The area was very quiet and very close to restaurants and to downtown St. Augustine. However, the property was not as expected based off of the photos provided on Expedia. The bathrooms were in rough shape old, stained, and .
