"My family of 4 which includes 2 year old and 3 year old boys spent Thursday to Monday at the rental at Vilano beach. David was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Before the trip, we had planned to take the short drive to Saint Augustine. However, we never made the drive because we had so much fun at the beach, Vilano, and the house. "This location truly cannot be beat!! You’re steps from the Old jail/ trolley and from The Fountain of Youth park. Quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Managed to pack in so much because the location!!!The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed! The entrance is in the back which was a little confusing but only when we first arrived. It was wonderful coming back to a cold place after the humidity! I do wish the bed had a mattress topper as it’s a bit firm. "

"This property is well updated and very clean! The owners really have it nailed down with all the small details taken care of on this property (toiletries, cleaning supplies, soaps/ detergents, beach accessories, etc.). Easy walk to beach and few restaurants nearby. Only con, maybe add shower rod or sliding door to on suite bathroom as it tends to get water outside shower since it's only half enclosed. Great property and communication with owners and highly recommend!!"

"The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed."

"This house was awesome. The host communication was great and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location was close enough to downtown but without any of the inconveniences. I liked the layout of the house and had the essentials for the stay. We will highly consider returning to this location next year."

"This place was really clean and was the perfect location. Just a short walk over the bridge to the historic district that has great restaurants or a quick drive to the beach. The interior decor had amazing antique furniture and decor . We would absolutely stay here again. The dedicated 2 parking spaces were a big bonus as parking in these areas can sometimes be a big hassle. "
