Beds:  2 double beds.
Rooms: Living/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony with seating, family bathroom with walk-in shower, two double bedrooms (one with en-suite).
Kitchen and Utilities: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave. Table and chairs for 4 people.
Entertainment:  Large flatscreen TV and Amazon Echo.
Outside: Balcony with outside bistro furniture and beautiful sea views.
Parking: 1 private car parking space.
General:  WiFi Provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No Smoking. Linen and towels provided. 
Pets:  1 pet accepted at additional cost. 
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
