Great view and location
We staied here for some days and the view was great, the food in the bar was mere than great, kind but slow service. But again as in many hotels there is no cleaning in the rooms,they must save a lot of money but then it is great that the prices stay up…

The only reason they are in business is because they are right on Lake Powell. The area is gorgeous. The rooms and bathrooms are old and outdated. We had troubles checking in. We booked two rooms each with king size beds but one had queen size beds. One room had broken air conditioning although maintenance responded quickly. Our rooms were to be next to each other but they were not. In fact, while we were waiting for our rooms to be “ready”, they assigned the next door room to someone else. The young man at the front desk was very rude, arguing with me because I shouldn’t have expected two king size beds, even though that’s what I paid for. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can only eat in the restaurant if you had a reservation. We did but they turned other hotel guests away. They only staff for the number of reservations they have. Staffing is minimal and very slow in the restaurant. Food was surprisingly good once it came. The waiters were friendly but service was very slow.

Waited in a line line to check-in… hauled our luggage to our room. Tired after a long day on the road. Our room was a disaster, staff had left half way done. Dirty linens on the dresser, beds unmade, no confidence in the bathroom.! Back to front desk. They assigned us another room with a lame “sorry”, no offer of discount, breakfast voucher. Disappointed!

Beautiful views from the rooms. Note that if you arrive on your own during the day, you will be asked to pay a national park fee due to location of tbe property. It would be good if the hotel disclosed that detail because it is a $30 fee and saying that you are staying at the hotel does not wave the fee. Nice to have several dining options on site. Hotel gym is just a bunch of dumbbels and a cable machine - not really usable.

WORST STAY. No Breakfast! No Coffee anywhere! No proper Water flow! No proper Water draining! Pathetic drainage smell! No one cares from the reception for the fixing requests and just ignores the customers! Literally nothing was satisfied which I was expecting not even the basic expectations were not satisfied. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE EVEN IF I GET THIS HOTEL FOR FREE!!!

I booked a king size bed 9 months in advance. When I checked in they told me they were overbooked on king size rooms and I ended up with a room I did not book. No apologies or customer service was given by management onsite

From the initial check in which took 45 minutes only to be told that their housekeeping staff was "slow" and our room wasn't ready yet, the resort was not at all what we had remembered from past stays. There was a lack of care evident everywhere. From the dead flower arrangements on the check in counter, to the empty water dispensers near the entrance to the dirty carpets and the poorly cleaned room, it was evident that the Lake Powell Resort has gone down along with the water levels in the lake. It's a shame, as this used to be a nice place to stay inside the Glen Canyon Park.

It was a terrible experience. The AC and TV did not work, it was midnight and they still did not fix it. They ended up giving us a different room and we had to sleep in a sleeper sofa instead of a bed. Did not enjoy at all. The place is nice, but all rooms were very dusty.

My wife and I had expectations of a fabulous room, friendly staff and great dining options. Sadly, those expectations were not met as our room was dim and tired looking, the staff seemed like they hated their jobs (furrowed brows, one word answers, and no eye contact) and the breakfast buffet was over-priced (just under $50) for the limited options and bland food. We'll look elsewhere should we revisit Page, Arizona.

Amazing location with stunning views. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the casual bar was great for pub grub with a view. Only suggestion would be to improve the equipment in the fitness room as that was feeling tired

The door to our room was very difficult to open and close. The room safe did not work. There are no elevators.

Didn’t like not having soap or body wash, shampoo. No extra towels. Hotel door does lock, patio door doesn’t lock without safety bar .

The property is well located facing Lake Powell, the check-in went smooth and the lady at the front desk was very nice and smiling. The room was spacious and we had a good view on the Lake with a balcony on second floor. The room was OK, the toilet and bathroom sink were not properly cleaned, the bathroom sink and cabinet can easily be updated to make it more attractive, the headboards of the beds were greasy, the patio door was full of spider web. We had no cups for the coffee and no cups for water. The beds and pillows were comfortable and that was a plus for the 2 nights stay.

Haben hier zwei Nächte auf unserem Roadtrip durch den Westen der USA verbracht. Schöne Anlage direkt am Lake Powell. Horseshoe Bend und die Antelope Canyon sind innerhalb von Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

This resort is beautifully situated on a bluff overlooking a particularly nice spot of Lake Powell. It’s close to the dam (very impressive ) and Page (conveniences). There’s a very nice hiking trail and beautiful pools. I’d love to come back.

The rooms were dingy and could use updating to match the rest of the resort. Shampoo didn’t work, housekeeping lady came and was rude.

Excepté le prix très correct pour 4 , rien d exceptionnel si ce n’est le cadre . Il faut accepter de dormir dans une chambre très datée, sans papier toilette, ni gel douche ni verre et dormir côté parking. Si vous êtes ok avec tout ça cela peut donc être un hôtel de passage mais un 3 étoiles pas vraiment le standing.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. They claimed the cleaning crew was working to get it ready. We were told it would be 15 minutes and were asked to check back. Then we were told 30 more minutes. Again told 30 minutes. We finally left and went to town for dinner. We still did not have a room when we returned. 4 hours after check in time we finally got a room. We were told 5 others had to wait also. They blamed Expedia for overbooking them. If you have a room how long does it take to get it ready for guests waiting to check in. Staff at desk were friendly but seemed out of there control.

Our room did not have coffee supplies replenished and there was a pod left in the coffee maker. We had to ask for more towels as there was only one bath towel in the room. No plugs by the bed for a CPAP machine. Plugs were only across the room on the desk. Rooms need updating. The lobby, lounge and restaurant were very nice and updated and the food at the bar was delicious.

Where to start? Didn’t have a King room we reserved months in advance. Only decaf coffee in our room and I was told to walk to front desk to get regular. That’s 600 steps one way. In the dark. The next day our room keys both were cancelled. Another 1200 steps to get new keys. Third day, no hot water in the building. When we asked when our room would be serviced after 3 days, we were informed they only service rooms at checkout. That would’ve been nice to know! I asked about more towels and coffee and again was told to come get them myself. I firmly said “Not again” and someone was sent 1.5 hrs later. Best part was the amazing lake view and both restaurants were wonderful. So was the lake tour to Navajo Canyon. Grounds were also beautiful. However it’s a shame that non-guests jump the pool fence with impunity with their kids and stay for hours. Oh, bring your own TP. What they provide is like tissue paper.

Lake Powell Resort is a beautiful resort. I would suggest a view room. The outdoor bench seating is a wonderful place to enjoy the scenery. We liked the convince of the dining and coffee area. Friendly staff! Definitely on our list to come back.

Pros - excellent pool, and stunning views. Cons - 1) staff at check-in did not know how to navigate their checkin system, it took 20 minutes to check in (once at front of the line). 2)seats in balcony were ripped and unsafe. We reported the problem at 4:30pm and it took until the next day to replace them. This meant we could not enjoy our balcony view the first night.

The view was amazing. The WiFi didn’t work, the room and hall smelled bad, they did not restock rooms with toilet paper, soap or towels. They also did not tell you that you would be required to pay a park entrance fee.
