On the lower floor of the apartment, the entrance hall provides stairs to the upper floor and a practical cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin. There are stools at the breakfast bar for dining and a corner sofa for lounging. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony which has a small table and four chairs.
