This bright and light bungalow is perfect for all the family, including your four-legged family member, it’s all on one level and has a lovely, enclosed garden. Not far from the house is a fantastic surf beach, Constantine Bay and also within walking distance the award winning Trevose golf course and the local amenities of St Merryn close by, making this the ideal base for enjoying the area.


You’ll feel at home as soon as you arrive at this comfy cottage. The kitchen/diner/sun room is lovely and light with everything you need to rustle up memorable meals and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning cuppa. Eat together in the dining area, with windows on all sides overlooking the garden, then relax in the lounge watching TV or a good movie. There are three pretty bedrooms to choose from: two king-size rooms, both with built-in wardrobes, and a twin room, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom with a WC. Heading outside, the house has a very pretty, spacious garden with mature planting, a big lawn the kids will love, and somewhere to sit and enjoy evening drinks. There’s bike storage, as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer, in the garage.


Wander to the headland and stunning golden sands of Constantine Bay (0.8 miles away) on the footpath, there’s a car park just up from the beach if anyone prefers not to walk. It’s a brilliant beach for surfing, rock pooling, and your furry friend is welcome all year. Keen walkers will love the circular 5-mile route to Porthcoran and back which takes in nature’s swimming pool at Treyarnon beach (1 mile). The house is 400 metres from Trevose Golf Club and there are shops, takeaways, pubs, and restaurants to visit in St Merryn (1.5 miles).
