"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT STAY HERE!
I would give this resort 0 stars if I could. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The towels had holes in them, and the bed sheets and pillowcases smelled terrible. The odor throughout the room was so bad that it made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
The final straw was when the front desk called a cab for us and provided the driver with the wrong ferry destination. As a result, we missed our ferry and lost money in ferry costs,...

"Very nice stay. The location was great. Access to the beach and water was fantastic. Relaxing environment. Good food with a nice variety of dining options. A short distance from town. Nice for couples. Rooms were comfortable and clean."

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"Great resort. The staff was very helpful scheduling activities & transportation anywhere on the island. The food at the resort was very good. Shashria at the front desk was the absolute best & made our trip unforgettable. This was our 20 year wedding anniversary trip & could not have been better. We will definitely be back again. Also we used Calvin as our driver most places & he was very accommodating & was always available"
