One time she came down from Hera house and wanted to be sure all was good. The door lock needed a new battery and she had it replaced in a moment. She was a great host making our stay the best. "The condo was very nice and was very quiet. The pool was hardly used so that, too, was usually nice and quiet. I had to ask another guest how to get to the beach from the condo but once I figured that out, it was a very short and easy walk. Very convenient access to the Ocracoke car ferry. Overall, a great place to stay!"

While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families.
