"Very nice room, staff and food. Only caveat was a strange smell in the room. Nothing serious, just a little off."

"Accord is an OK place to stay. Location is not great. Staff try to be nice. Food is ok. My wife requested special items for lunch & the head chef was kind enough to make it to our liking. Over all we are satisfied."

"Rooms are very clean friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good. Food is very tasty. Overall excellent service."

"Location is good with quiet and secluded surroundings. The rooms were clean but the toilets and bathrooms were dirty. Sometimes the flushes were not working or there were issues with the drainage. Staff was prompt to respond but the property need some regular maintenance work. Breakfast options were good."

"It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept. "Great place to stay"

"Staff was friendly and helpful"

"The place looks amazing with its glitter and gold. But its all smoke and mirrors. The matress was moldy, and it sept through the sheets, cockroaches and paperthin walls. The staff was great though, and did their best to make it a nice stay. They kept clean rooms and derved nice cheap food, but the place needs a helping hand. "

I complained straight away they attempted to clean 1 of...

"Nice hotel at this price range, only drowback is we won't get coffee/tea though we get good food. Parking is a big problem in pondicherry, however this hotel has some space to park the vehicle on road."

"This was not as described, not even a 3 star hotel, it is a lodge for people on a tight budget. No dining at the hotel, they have to purchase food from outside. Room was small, total disappointment for the price we paid."

"Well thought out space. The staff is very caring and the breakfast - cooked to order :) loved it. Thank you for being such amazing hosts "
