"We extended our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants. The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. A water kettle and cups are also available in the room as well as basic toiletries. Worth a stay. Lovely building and rooms. The wala need some fresh paint, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood. "
