"Charming efficiency. Small. cozy and comfortable. Great bed, shower and hot tub. Photos and description. are accurate. However, could have used a list of instructions. Had to ask host, who was very responsive, about information, orientation, check in and check out that should have been sent to us without asking. Never got info about kayaks and canoes. Over all a great time, would do it again."

"This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. Great property for snowshoeing...

"Online information false/misleading and the property is completely unsuitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues. I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). "My spouse and I enjoyed our weekend away together , amazing views, lots of wood to burn, getting to the water was a mission, updated outhouse would be a good investment in the future, but eveything was wonderful and the property owners were so sweet and kind "

"All was great other than that we were charged for using Kayaks and paddle boat. When after the trip I aske the host, they said we should have been charged and they will pay our money back, but I have been still waiting to receive my money back for Kayaks etc. I will update my review and put comment in reviews as soon as the host pay our Kayaks and paddle boat money back."
