"Staff were friendly and helpful. Obviously very old motel that had few updates and paint covered up structural and cosmetic problems. Our room smelled awful. Sleep surface linens and bath towels were clean, however bed skirt had dust/… and had not been washed. Mattress was very very hard and uncomfortable. Very obvious the supporting hotel chain was just looking for profit, the staff had little to work with. You had to pay for WiFi, no public television stations, early or late check in/out cost...

"Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. "Although a little tired everything worked well. Front office staff welcoming and helpful"

"A bit of a circuitous route to get to this lovely property, but worth it"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s A-Frame. The cabin was cozy and inviting, and our kids especially loved the loft. The welcome snacks were such a thoughtful touch! We'd love to return! "

"East Rock was a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay."

"This was a completely hidden gem. I stayed here for one night because I was visiting a friend but I wished I had booked it longer. My friend and I ended up staying here the whole time. I woke up to the sounds of crickets and chickens, and had fresh eggs for breakfast. Then I went for a hike in the pristine woods. Matt and Grace offered to let me use the paddle boards to enjoy the lake! It was a total vacation… no need to go anywhere else. The camper itself was extremely clean and adorably...
