1 bedroom with Queen bed on first floor. 2 twin beds in loft. Cabin sleeps 4 comfortably. Pack-and-Play with sheets available for use.

Just a 3 minute WALK to beach access area at the closest lake! A few more minutes to the path pictured along the lake that leads to another private beach area. There are 7 lakes in the neighborhood with beach access. The property is not beach front.

Remote location with the convenience of close proximity to Appalachian Trail hiking, Canterbury Farm Winter Sports, Berkshire Scenic Railway, Jacob's Ladder Scenic Byway, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, historic downtown Lee for shopping/dining, Tanglewood Music Center & Norman Rockwell Museum!

Stocked kitchen with apartment size refrigerator, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, blender, toaster, utensils, pots/pans, etc. *No oven/range*

Master bedroom at back of house with Queen bed and sliding doors leading out to back deck nestled among the pine trees. Propane grill and apartment size fridge on deck.

Full bathroom, including tub/shower. House stocked with extra towels for beach use. No laundry onsite, but laundry bags provided!

Large driveway. Private pine-wooded lot, firepit area, outdoor grill, and picnic table.

DOG ONLY POLICY: 2 dogs-max 75 lbs. are welcome! Please message host with type of dog/s. No other pets will be approved. Dog bowls, bed, toys, couch cover, and poop bags provided!

DISCLOSURE: Please note that the property is located in the mountains of the Appalachian Trail. There are various wildlife sightings, including but not limited to Black Bears, Fox, Coyote, Fisher Cats, Racoons, Mice, etc.
