Small first floor, lobby is actually on second floor. There are only 2 elevators for 12 floors and they run quite slowly, especially during breakfast time(keep in mind when checking out) . The elevators are also really small and narrow. Would be able to only fit 2 guests with 2 large suitcases. They have self storage so we could leave our bags, but keep in mind everyone has access to this room it is not privately accessed by just staff. There are locks to lock bags in place and you are provided with that key. In the morning it was pretty empty but by 2pm (check in time) I could barely move my luggage from back of room to front as it was practically full. Room is very small, which is common in Japan, but makes it hard for two people to open suitcase or sort things out. Bathroom has a bathtub, the amenities offer bath salts which was nice. The bathroom floor had some stains on it, maybe from beauty products, the material of the floor likely makes it harder to clean. The bathroom is musty as there's no ventilation or fan, that I could see. There as a hair hanging from ceiling, minor cleaning error not a big deal as it could be easily missed. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was a little hard but had cozy blankets. The TV does not have access to YouTube or other streaming channels and only a handful of Japanese networks. Check out was easy at the machines but the elevators were painful. Not far from Namba station (exit 7) easy walk to shopping and sites. More info on google

Staff was great. Personally did not like the location and hotel seemed to be outdated. There were fruit flies in our room for our whole stay and had no idea where they were coming from which made the room felt a bit dirty.

Pros- good, convenient location near train station, restaurants and shopping, good breakfast, accommodating staff, our request for higher floor with view honored. Cons- very small room with twin beds even when upgraded, no adequate shelf space in room or bathroom, no space to keep suitcase open, separate toilet without wash basin could be in one room with shower by removing door between them, no vanity side mirror, shower/tub unsafe to get into, no shower curtain/door to keep water inside, shower turn on valve not within reach to turn on/off, no closet/ suitcase storage space.

It’s a close walk to Dotonburi without it being loud and full of tourists as you come into the hotel. It’s right across a Family Mart and beside a subway exit so close to public transportation but a few min walk to the actual Subway as Japan has multiple exits and huge subway stations.

My favorite hotel that we stayed in Japan. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The room is very nice, comfy bed and pillows. We get fresh pajamas, slippers and towel set everyday. I love the bathroom and toilet seat. Walking distance to Dotonbori and subway stations. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

The property is in a good location and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The only issue I had with the property was the floor in the bathroom. It seemed to be laid with some sort of fabric which the cleaners used bleach and chemicals to clean. This left stains that were not pleasing to the eye and I had to request to change to another room because it left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of the property even though overall the property itself seemed clean. I suggest management review the materials of the flooring and change it to something more appealing and user friendly.

An excellent hotel with great value for money. It is located just next to the Namba station Yotsubashi line and a short walk to other lines. Shopping and eating streets are in a few minutes walk as well. 10 min to Dotonbori. But the location around hotel is safe and quiet, out of the main crowds. Rooms are cosy and have enough space for spacious beds, sofa and table. We stayed in the twin room (2 adults and tween age child) and never felt its not enough space for us. Facilities in the hotel have everything you need. Laundry and dryer machines are life savers for longer trips. They also have vending machines on a site. Hotel provides you with everything you may need - even bath salts and face lotions etc (on reception area) and there is a complimentary coffee machine too! Staff was beyond any expectations - always helpful, polite and organised. 10 out of 10 for all staff members we met. The only downside for us was breakfast. Western options are very limited (i.e. only scrambled eggs, sausages and paella rice) and if you stay longer, you get very bored of having the same breakfast every day. But it is not a big deal at all if you keen to try different asian options, have breakfast somewhere else or stay just for a few days. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is closely located to Dontonbori and other food streets. It was very easy to be able to find different food options. Was also close to namba station so the subway line was near. The breakfast offering was a quite diverse, however, they are very heavy food for a meal first thing in the morning. The bathrooms are great, they have a separate area for a shower and a bath. Overall, would recommend this place and would stay here again if I were to go back to Osaka.

non smoking room smelled like cigarettes
The staff and team all spoke great English and were extremely friendly. However, I cannot recommend this hotel as upon arrival late at night, our room smelled like cigarettes - including when we got into our bed our sheets smelled like smoke. We were too tired to change rooms immediately so we told the front desk and went to sleep. The next day we called them and they can only offer us a new room if we packed up our luggage again, brought it downstairs, and checked out at 11am and will be given a new room at 3pm which seemed ridiculous for something that was not our fault. We didn’t have time to check out (and frankly preferred not to) and stayed in the room since we were also only staying for two nights. They changed our pillows and sheets and it helped - which makes me question, why would a new room that should have just been made that day have pillow cases and duvet that smells like cigarettes? Were they not changed from a previous guest? As I said, the staff were extremely friendly and helped us ship our luggage, breakfast was decent, I never usually write bad reviews but this was a bit unacceptable.

Boa opção de hotel em Osaka
Hotel bem localizado ao lado da estação de metrô/trem. O atendimento do check-in/out e de demandas diversas é excelente. O café da manhã vale a pena, é em estilo japonês e ocidental e bem variado. Achei o quarto pequeno porém é o tamanho padrão do Japão. A limpeza do quarto é feita a cada 3 dias, porém com troca de toalhas e lixo todo dia.
