"Es war alles wunderschön, besser noch wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig man hat viel Platz und div. Möglichkeiten im Garten im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu sitzen. Das einzige Manko - an das man sich allerdings auch schnell gewöhnt- ist die etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt. Ich habe den Aufenthalt, die Stille sehr genossen. "

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

"The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. "Die Unterkunft war angenehm ruhig. Die Managerin war sehr nett, sprach aber nur italienisch, sodass die Kommunikation leider nur begrenzt ablief. Sehr schöne Pool-Anlage. Tolle Städte, tolle Landschaft. Einziges Manko: die Zufahrtsstraße ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. "

"This is a beautiful house located a little south of Tuscany, lying in between the hills and meadows. The grounds are beautiful with the pool as a highlight. The grounds are surrounded by a fence and so are nice and private. The house has everything one would need and as appears in the pictures. Daily excursions are easy drives in different directions, and could go further if one doesn't mind driving. Mr. Andrea was very welcoming and helpful. "Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...
