The Space:

Experience the ultimate Orlando getaway in this brand-new, 7-bedroom luxury home in the exclusive Paradiso Grande resort. Perfect for groups of up to 14, this residence is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories.



With 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, your group will have plenty of space and privacy. The home features 3 elegant king-size suites and 4 imaginative themed bedrooms designed to delight. Kids (and kids-at-heart) can choose their adventure: slide into the day in the jungle-themed bunk room, sleep in a royal carriage in the princess room, or join their favorite characters in the Spider-Man and Minions rooms.



The spacious, open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a large island, a comfortable dining space, and a welcoming living room. It's the perfect spot for your whole family to gather after a day at the parks.



Your private, screened-in lanai features a sparkling **Pool** and a relaxing **Hot tub**, ideal for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Inside, movie nights get a major upgrade in your very own home theater room.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.



Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.

The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.



HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.



TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.



We offer some extra services, for an additional fee:



*Mid-stay clean (U$349.00)

* Barbecue rental to use during your stay ($100.00 for up to 1 week)

* Pool water heating ($35.00 USD per day, 2 days minimum)



ONLINE PURCHASE:

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT

1-Cost: $35 per day.

2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 48h in advance.

5-Attached spa is a jacuzzi. It does jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)



ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Upon your arrival at our home, you'll have easy access to your vacation haven. Here's how:



Check-in: Check-in time is at 4:00pm, and our dedicated property management team will be available to assist you. We'll provide detailed check-in instructions, including a secure access code for the front door keypad, in advance of your arrival.

Keyless Entry: Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry. No need to worry about carrying keys; simply enter your provided access code, and you're in.

Explore at Your Leisure: Once inside, you have full access to all areas of this luxurious vacation home. Feel free to roam the spacious living areas, themed bedrooms, theater room and the inviting outdoor spaces, including the pool and patio.

Amenities: Make the most of your stay by taking advantage of the many amenities available to you. Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, relax in the pool and spa, challenge each other or immerse yourselves in cinematic experiences in the theater room.



Helpful Information: On your Boarding Pass, you'll find a welcome essential information about your stay, including contact details for our property management team in case you need any assistance during your vacation.
