As a former VRBO hostess, I want to leave true honest feedback for both the management operator and the homeownerOur initial experience was arrival to the community and the entry gate was out of service. The QR code scanner was not working and the call button went unanswered after numerous attempts and several minutes. We were forced to wait outside the gate for nearly half an hour at 1 AM waiting for a car to enter that we could ultimately follow into the community (or we would have never gotten access in the middle of the night)The gate was out of service the entire stay, forcing long wait lines and issues trying to get into the communityThe house itself was very spacious. The living room furniture was completely worn out both from the leather surface and you sink into it because it is just old and had no support.The kitchen cabinets are pretty beat up and the cookware was in disrepair. There was no gas in the charcoal grill, none of the televisions worked when we arrived. We had to contact maintenance to take care of this. The upstairs thermostat did not work and it was an unusually cold few days in the upstairs of the house was freezing.The dryer did not work to dry clothes and you were forced to run it through multiple cycles. Every other cycle of the washing machine, the lid locked closed.The refrigerator is missing a shelf and for an average family that is lost storage space and is needed to hold normal groceries. This home needs a lot of attention
