Requirements: You must be 30 years of age to book this luxury property and accompanied by at least one minor child. We will not accept bookings for "adult only" groups. Main booking guest must be able to pass a background/security screen. Home comfortably accommodates 20 guests, but does require additional guest fee's. Rate shown may only be reflective of 5 or 6 guest minimum. No parties allowed of any kind including birthday parties, this is a family vacation setting only.
No Pets or animals allowed of any kind, not even service animals. Owners have an exception due to homeowner medical condition.
Excessive AC use or not following house rules for HVAC use may result in a security deposit holdback.
