- Pets are allowed with a fee of $30/night per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply, please message us for more details. Pet fee will be required before check in through the resolution center. Pet fee is NON-refundable (fee applies for the entire stay).
- All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.
- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $50. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.
- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout hours as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guest.
- The person making the reservation must be older than 21. Please message us for any questions.
- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins could result in a $100 fine.
- If you wish to have the jacuzzi warm and prepared for you during your stay, there is a fee of $20/night (must be for the entire stay). If you do not request this with us, it will not be turned on during your stay.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in the trash can. Fee starting at $300 will be applied if there is smoking of any kind inside the home.
- NO parties or events. Guests that break this rule will have their reservation canceled with no refund. They will be evicted from the property immediately.
- No more than 2 guests should occupy the property at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to not disturb our neighbors.
- Please no food or drinks inside the bedroom or near the jacuzzi.
- There is a $10 fee for any damaged or missing towel.
- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or destruction of decorative items are subject to a fine.
- Use jacuzzi at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Use grill at your own risk.
- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you're unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.
