- Opt for pool heating at $40 a day, ideal from October 31st to March 31st. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to warm the entire pool.
- While the house doesn't have a barbecue, you can rent one for US $85 per week. Propane not included, but a refillable tank is on the property.

- Our professional laundry service ensures impeccable hygiene, with a high-temperature wash at a renowned 5-star laundry facility. This facility is trusted by major companies like Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels, guaranteeing germ-free linens, bed sheets, and pillowcases, all delivered wrapped and sealed, ready for your use.
- Brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels, and washcloths are provided in quantities that cater to the capacity of guests, along with extras for your convenience.
- A one-time departure cleaning fee is applied for all stays.
- Please note that daily maid service is not included, but feel free to reach out for additional cleaning services at an extra charge.
