This rental is a disaster. The configuration of rooms is not as advertised at 10/2. There are 3 kids rooms with bunk beds, only 9 with large beds. The pool safety fence is broken and maintenance couldn't fix it. The hot tub (not hot) jets do not work and was not fixed in the week of our stay. There are multiple maintenance issues, mold in bathrooms and on rubber ring of washer, dryer was giving a code. Not enough towels, no hand towels or kitchen towels. Many other issues need addressed.My biggest issue was being locked out of the house until after 1:00 in the morning. The batteries in the key pad were dead and must be changed from inside. The host said there is a lock box with a key located at side of the house. There is no lock box with a key.After calling the Sheriff and talking to two deputies, we called a locksmith to gain access. We were finally able to enter after two locks were broken on the back door. He was not able to access the front door. It cost me 175 which I am told will be reimbursed. During this time of my family of 25 with 6 young children being locked out and sitting in cars trying to stay comfortable after a long day at Disney, the host would not call me. I pleaded with him for help and only received messages saying he was sorry. Now that we have returned home, I received a message asking for a 5-star rating. Still no reimbursement for the locksmith and no offer of even a partial refund.
