"It was a nice stay. The room was very nice. The host left a little goodie basket with popcorn oatmeal for breakfast and a few snacks.The bed is a Murphy bed… But it was comfortable. The sunsets are most spectacular! The location is close to Silverton, which is a lovely town. We went to the wooden shoe tulip festival, which is fabulous. All fairly close to the VRBO. It’s a lovely property."

"This is a great house!! We had four friends in Portland for the weekend and we loved the house! Charming craftsman/bungalow right across from Trader Joe’s and a convenient drive to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again! No complaints!!"

"What a beautiful, comforting house and property! The interior was so clean, the check in process was flawless and even though it was a work trip it was so nice to be able to take a book out on the patio and cozy up on one of the many swinging chairs with a good book while enjoying the quiet.There is everything you need to cook with, just bring your food and enjoy a nice meal. There is room for the family and good separation of space as well. You are in good hands at this property!"

"We were so happy to find this property. We were looking for a 4 bedroom house with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, and this was the place. The home has so much personality built in the 1930s, on beautiful acreage with breathtaking views. It brought back memories of visiting relatives in the past. Each room is so cozy, with lots of room to relax in. Mike, the host, was very helpful wanting to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. He answered all my inquiries right away.
