Perdido Dunes Tower is a newly constructed condominium complex, just completed in the spring of 2024. This low-density structure, boasting only two units per floor, offers a tranquil ambiance for its residents. Its location provides captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Additionally, nearby marinas, restaurants, and shops are within easy reach.

Each of the twenty units within Perdido Dunes Tower features expansive wraparound balconies, ideal for the sunrise and sunset views. The property is thoughtfully designed with a dune walkover and a pool, offering a refreshing escape.

Unit 6 West is located on the west corner of the 6th floor with expansive sunset views (literally the best views on the beach!)

• Access to the gulf-front balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats eight, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• The living room has a queen sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has a king-size bed

• The fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds with two loft-style twin beds built above with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• The outdoor pool is shared with Perdido Dunes Phase 1. The pool is located between these two buildings and is not on the beach.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• ONE assigned parking space per condo unit number. ONE guest parking space per condo unit on a first-come, first-served basis, as available. **Maximum of TWO parking spaces per condo unit allowed at any time.**

• NO personal watercraft, boats, trailers, etc, allowed on property.

• NO PETS allowed at this property.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
