Situated on the 9th floor in Building 4, this enchanting Orange Beach condo offers the luxury of private balcony access from both the living area and the Primary bedroom. The balcony is a splendid spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with the mesmerizing views of the Gulf at sunset.


The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush King bed, a private bath for your convenience, and direct access to the balcony where the gentle Gulf breeze awaits. The second bedroom is comfortably equipped with two Twin beds, perfect for friends or family.


Accommodating up to 6 guests, the condo includes a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, ensuring ample space for everyone to stay comfortably. The living area is designed for relaxation and bonding, making it an ideal space to gather and share stories of the day's adventures.


Culinary delights can be easily prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything needed to create delicious meals. Spring Break stay for High School softball tournament

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The view from the balcony was great. The only thing that surprised us was the 50 parking pass for the property.

Girls Getaway

Long time friends get away. We loved everything about the Condo from the cleanliness of the place, beautifully decorated, awesome view of the beach and water. Definitely plan on staying there again!!

Great place

Condo was great. Very clean. Had everything in this cando that you'll ever need for a weeks stay. Super nice people. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will be back. Wonderful views of the beach. Just like the pictures

The convince of the beach by the property was great. The pull out sofa bed we couldn’t use because it was stained and looked dirty. The living room couch had an odor as well as the master bathroom.

Great condo with an amazing view

Property was remodeled and painted. The kitchen cabinets were outdated but in good shape. Patio furniture was very nice. Inside furniture was in great condition and the beds were comfortable. Checking in was super easy and property manager checked back with us to ensure everything was good. Overall we had a good experience.

My stay was OKAY, but this unit/Condo has issues

This condo building is quite old, yet has been maintained to above average standards. We had two major issues. Many of the electrical plugs in this unit did not work or were set to the light switches to run the TV/Sat receivers. Some plugs need electricians attention. Second issue was elevator quit running every afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Again, condo association issue. Condo was very clean and had basic accoutrements. Please bring your own hand soap for both bathrooms as that was not provided, even upon request. You receive in each Bath - Shampoo, Shower Gel and Body Lotion Bring extra blankets as bed spreads are very basic cotton spreads. Only one blanket on site for the purpose of sofa sleeper bed. The condo balcony faces East and most days the Gulf breeze came from the West. For the price the stay was OKAY.

Great area, nice condo, beach is beautiful

Condo is nice. Not super high end but very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The condo has a nice view of the beach and pool. 9 th floor but elevator comes quickly. Area is great. A couple things wothin walking distance and a close drive to the hangout, the wharf and the gulf. So much to do here! Rental company was great and got right back to us if we needed. My o my complaint is that the outdoor pools are not heated. Being here in March/April is cool at night so the pools don’t heat up. They were freezing. Will be back!

Great view!

Our condo was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Check-in was painless. Parking was good. Property Management staff was on site and very friendly and helpful. We absolutely love our condo and will definitely stay here again!!

Liquid Life

We spent the first 2 days in the condo waiting on maintenance people to fix the things that should have been fixed before we arrived (even the maintenance guy told us that). There was no working TV, 3 outlets that didn’t work and one was a safety hazard that would take to long to fix, so we were told not to plug anything in. Liquid Life has no idea what there properties contain and what they don’t. I say this because of all the things I was told to bring and take up room in the car were already there, it was fully stocked. The Condo was great, the view was gorgeous but I will never do business with Liquid Life again!

Condo. was very nice, however there was mold around the ceiling in the Master bedroom and vent in the bathroom. They came right away to sprey around the ceiling and bath with bleach. It took care of the problem for a short time , but the mold came back. I have COPD so it was a big problem for me. The owner needs to have it professionally cleared of the mold. Other then that, it was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was very awesome. It was very clean, kitchen was stocked, loved having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The bed was amazingly comfortable as well I wish I had that bed for home lol.... The view was beautiful! We actually saw dolphins swimming out in the water from our balcony. Even though we were there during the COVID-19 and everything closed down there like the beach, the pool, and everything in town, we still had a restful and wonderful time. Girlfriends Vacation 2019

We had a great experience. Our condo was exactly like it looked in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware. The air conditioner worked wonderful! We had a wonderful ocean view and the price was great. We felt very safe there. We saw the guards checking cars and walking through the property several times that week. We had a great week together. I would recommend 4909 to anybody who wants a clean, nice place to stay on vacation.

What could've been amazing was ruined.

The place was so-so clean. There was mildew on the curtains and all over the ceiling in the master. There was hardcore construction all around us starting at 8AM everyday. What's crazier is they even painted our balcony everyday. I called liquid life with no resolution or reimbursement. I feel like construction is inevitable just before spring but we should've been aware that it was going to be so loud. And we definitely should've been aware they were going to be doing something in our personall space. If we hadve known we would've stayes somewhere else. Submitted a forme to liquid life and never heard anything else. SUBPAR!
