"We booked this cottage to stay while I was in town for a wedding for the weekend. The owner came out to greet me upon arrival and explain where to park my car. She left some items in the house for us to use which was super sweet and unexpected! The cottage is beautiful and peaceful! Wish I could find time to make it a monthly getaway."

"This is exactly what my family needed to recharge our batteries after longs days at the Dreams Park fields. The screened in porch was our favorite spot for morning and evening drinks. The futon couch was exactly what my mini MLB player needed to also recharge from peopling. It’s close to many attractions, yet feels secluded to pretend the world doesn’t exist. "My family and I stayed in Cottage #2 for the weekend while our daughter graduated from Oneonta. It was under 20-minutes to get to Oneonta, and the ride was unbelievably picturesque. The cottage was super clean, well-stocked, and had a great porch attached to the cottage. Check-in was easy, and we took advantage of the firepit at night. We had a great weekend!"

"Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. "

"Perfect place to stay for a busy week of baseball at Cooperstown. It is a beautiful, quiet getaway in the woods close to the ball park! It’s got everything you need including on site washer and dryer. The cottage was spotless and comfortable! Host was super!"

"The cabin is very clean, with a nice porch on the lake. Coffee in the morning on the lake was quite nice. There is an outdoor shower which is private and the hot water comes on quickly. The water inside is not potable, and there are obvious signs not to drink it. The hosts provide drinking water. They also provide lots of snacks/coffee/toothbrushes and other amenities you may need. Electric outlets are somewhat sparse but manageable."

"Property was very clean and close to Cooperstown all star village. The window AC units kept the house at a very nice temperature. Checkin and checkout were seamless. It was exactly what we were looking for as a place to stay when our son played in the tournament. Highly recommend!"
