"While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. "

"We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had an awesome time. You can tell it has been updated recently and they did a fantastic job. Very clean and super cute. The wifi kept going in and out but owners were right on top of fixing the issue. Super close to the beach and shops. "Very cute and clean apartment with dedicated parking space on the property. We walked to the beach multiple times because it was an easy walk and close by, as well as Palace Playland. The apartment had everything we needed and a lot of towels, which was great. We would recommend to our friends and family. "

"I mean, the check-in was easy fairly easy to communicate with them. Location was great, but the property was filthy. Nasty disgusting dirty, and neglected. they did refund two of my three nights because we left and had to find a new place to stay personally I think they should have refunded the night that we stayed there as well."
