Welcome to our newly renovated home, which is perfectly situated just steps from the beach. Whether you’re seeking a serene seaside escape or a convenient base to explore the area, our property offers a blend of luxury and comfort with high-end finishes throughout, completed in 2024.

As you arrive, you’ll be immediately drawn to the charm of our property, featuring electronic locks for easy and secure access to each unit. Begin your stay by stepping into your private sunroom, where you can relax with ocean views and comfortable outdoor seating while enjoying the sunshine.

✔ Your Retreat
This unit is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate up to six guests. The living room is a cozy oasis with a smart TV and a plush sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Just off the living area, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with a premium mattress and adjustable base, a flat-screen TV, and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, or use the room-darkening shades for a peaceful night’s sleep. The second bedroom includes a queen and a full-size bed, each with premium mattresses and adjustable bases for maximum comfort.

The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including seating for four. We’ve also included a coffee machine with a selection of coffee and creamers to start your mornings right. The bathroom is a luxurious space with a spa-like feel featuring floor-to-ceiling tile, a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

Step outside and enjoy the property’s inviting outdoor area, just a short stroll from the beach. The large patio is perfect for outdoor dining, complete with picnic tables, ample seating, a propane and charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. We’ve also provided beach gear, including chairs, a beach cart, umbrellas, and boogie boards, to make your beach day hassle-free.

For your convenience, Unit 1 includes ONE on-site parking spot. Please note that these are tight parking spaces, and oversized SUVs or pick-up trucks may not fit. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, feel free to reach out with any questions. Should you need additional parking, a second spot is available one street over at a daily rate, subject to availability. Limited street parking may also be available, depending on the time of year you travel.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to Unit 1 of this five-unit property. Each unit has a separate entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. As a guest of Unit 1, you will have exclusive access to the attached sun porch and shared access to the front porch and patio.

This unit is Unit #1. Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
