"We booked and paid for this hotel a while ago. Everything was closed when we finally arrived after a long flight. The hotel was closed for renovations. We got no message about this and had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. This was very disappointing. Thankfully Hotels.com fixed a refund in a short time."

"If you enjoy finding massive cockroaches and people moving furniture at all hours of the night then this is the place for you. The room was disgusting, stains on the couch, the dresser was broken, I was afraid to open the fridge but it looked like it had been through hell. There was an infestation of roaches behind it. "Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay...

"I was so disappointed, the airport shuttle is non existent. We had to ask every shuttle if they know where that one was, we ended up taking the shuttle for the hotel across the street and had to walk through a ditch with 4 suitcases and across the street, there was nobody at desk when we checked in and 2 other people waiting. "The property is OK but the parking is overcrowded. We didn’t have nowhere to park. We had to park just anywhere and they do not serve breakfast. We went down for breakfast. They only had three muffins one fruit cocktail and a little bowl that was it so they do not serve breakfast. They need to take that off of the website the continental breakfast for free."
