"This was a great stay! Easy to communicate with staff in English and breakfast was fantasic. One of my favorites in Japan. Great location, close to train/bus stations as well as a super market that has great food options! Highly reccomend"

"Due to COVID-19, This hotel(old Japanese house) recommend to use family to avoid risk from that. I think better to stay April , May, Sep and Oct to avoid high temperature and cold temperature."

"Quiet and older onsen by the river and train tracks in Gero onsen town. A shuttle service is providing certain hours, but we opted to walk to the resort from the train station.
