"Wonderful attention to details in the room. Spacious luxury in our corner room overlooking the river. Two layers of double-pane glass dampen the road noise to an acceptable level for us and was outweighed by the convenience of the location, so much within walking distance. Staff were eagerly helpful. Highly recommend overall."

"This is our second time staying at this place and we just love how it’s in the center of Gion district surrounded with the best food spots. We also love how close it is to shopping, nishiki market, karaoke, all the fun stuff!! The space itself is huge and the onsen is just the cherry on top after a LOOONG day of walking/exploring. It’s < 20 mins away from Kyoto station as well."

"Located in the center of multiple tourist sites. Walkable locations for sightseeing, shopping, and food. Also walkable to local train station. Easy spot for taxi to pickup if needed transportation to kyoto station or somewhere further. Walkable to many kimono rental stores with next day drop-off return service. Perfect location for planning on visiting multiple sites and return here in-between for a quick rest. Did I forget the authentic ryokan style rooms with impeccable service? Recommended...
