"The experience at check-in was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Even after I showed her my Expedia booking confirmation, she treated me as if I were trying to check in fraudulently.
It appeared that Hotel LiveMax had prepared a printed guest list, but instead of checking it properly, she kept skipping over my name and made me wait unnecessarily. I ended up standing at the front desk for 15–20 minutes just to receive my room key.

"Tiny room, but had all you need. Be aware that the bed is only 140cm. Reception was so kind and very helpful. Service at breakfast wasnt that great, they filled up very slow, if they even did. "

But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. "I travel a lot and stay at 5 star hotels. The experience I had at this hotel was far beyond disappointing due to the people who work at this facility. I don’t think they understand what the hospitality service means. It’s one thing to have an inconvenient situation but my problem is the way they dealt with the it. Poor explanation, poor communication, they made me feel like I am not an important customer when I spent $800 to stay for 1 night. I would never recommend or stay here.
