When my wife and I first entered the unit, everything appeared to be as described. We were impressed with the layout and appearance. We had to decide which of the three bedrooms to select. Bedroom 1 with king bed (the master), bedroom 2 with queen bed, and bedroom 3 with double bed. All 3 bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. Our Canadian friends came down to join us, so we gave them the master bedroom and took the 3rd bedroom because it had a walk-in shower and I'm handicapped. The hallway bathroom's toilet continually ran (called maintenance). The curtain slats in the master and 3rd bedroom were missing a few in each (called maintenance). The 3rd bedroom's double bed was very uncomfortable. The bed was adjustable, which is a plus, but the mattress needs to be replaced. The living room furniture was not comfortable. It's dated and saggy. We could not use the in-door pool because the doors were locked. There were a set of keys on the kitchen counter but was initially told they may belong to a previous renter. I tried to see if one of the keys would open the doors, but to no avail. After a few more days we called and was told the key was in the wet bar drawer. It was not. On our last full day, someone brought a key that would open the in-door pool. After several minutes of trying, the key unlocked the door. All of this could have been prevented had they checked the unit prior to us checking in. Other than that, it's a wonderful place.
