"Excellent location with close access to the public beached grocery store. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfortable beds... Bring extra blankets ... Place needs more attention to the cleanliness, some of kitchen drawers were greasy. Kitchen could be better stocked with larger pods and pans. Overall place is nicely decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend the rental. Smoke alarm is VERY sensitive...my family set it off when toasting bread. Check in process could improve a bit."

"Great place, clean, close to beach. Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step. No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed."

The house itself looks freshly renovated with spacious living and dining rooms. Also, it had so many beds! Our group of 8 had plenty of private space with our own bathrooms. "The house is adorable with a super easy walk to the beach. We loved all the balconies and having a garage. The house was clean with nice tall ceilings. The neighborhood is very well kept and an easy walk to Dunkin, which is a necessity for me and my coffee addiction. Our only downside was we could not get a late checkout and trying to add an additional night was a challenge. But that is more of a problem with VRBO. I would definitely stay here again, but probably would not book through VRBO."

"Our overall experience was almost perfect with just a few minor things that could have made it better (NOTHING wrong with the house). We enjoyed our time and there was plenty of room along with it being 3 stories so everyone had their own privacy. If I could offer any advice 1. With only having the cable remote, we couldn’t open our Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the tv’s. 2. Use blackout curtains if the future plan is to leave the outside lights on. And 3. There’s nowhere to set your soap or shampoo...

"This condo worked very well for 4 kite flyers. Parking was very easy. We were close to the flying fields on the beach. Mitchell's Deli was a short walk, and we could bake a cake for a co-operative dinner. A rubber scraper would have made that just a bit easier. We were very glad there was a mixer. Two very minor points: the WiFi password was given in all uppercase in one place and all lowercase in the actual notebook - lowercase worked fine for us - we didn't try uppercase. "The property was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The only problem I had was there was no water in the msster bathroom shower so everyone had to use the guest shower. Other than that I will recommend other friends of mine stay there and I will be staying there again."

"This house was just perfect! We went to Ocean City for a long weekend trip withmy extended family. This is a very nice house on the bay with plenty of room. We especially loved the 2 king size bedroom, it worked perfectly for 2 couples. The deck was great. We got crabs one afternoon and were able to enjoy them in the roomy screened porch. The place is very clean and well kept. The owner was very quick to respond and very accommodating with the one issue we had at check in. We'd love to stay here...

"We loved being on the beach and having indoor and outdoor pools. The lack of working washer and dryer in the unit was a real negative impact on stay because we packed with the expectation of being able to wash swimsuits and clothes during our stay. I wish we had heeded the other reviews. They are accurate. The sink in master still doesnt work. The master bath door doesnt close. The vacuums are broken. You cant do laundry because washer and dryer dont work. Basically all the reviews we read,...

"We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...
