"Very clean and amazing staff"

"This is our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect, just beyond the end of the boardwalk. The room is large and comfortable, with the ocean out the window. Breakfast was good, and I LOVE the large indoor pool. There is ample parking, some in a covered garage. We first chose the Garden Inn because our dog could go with us. She was welcomed and had a wonderful stay. Although we were there during the time dogs are not allowed on the beach, she...

"Usually, I love everything about this hotel but this last time, my daughter found like 5 black hairs on her pillow. She never said anything to me until we were leaving or I would have made them come in and change the sheets. My room appeared spotless. "

"We had a king size ocean view suite the Holiday Inn & Suites in Ocean City. the balcony, the room, the premises were all pristine that boardwalk was clean the staff at the hotel, extremely friendly. This was my first experience on the beach and will definitely return. I am so glad that I picked the hotel. It was right in the middle of the boardwalk. I could not have chosen a better hotel with a relaxing atmosphere would recommend this highly and plan to book with them in the future."

"Amazing staff!! Everyone was very courteous and respectful. Room was clean and fully stocked on amenities. Fridge kept water cold, there was a microwave but we didn’t use it. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at the perfect temperature. Recommend this hotel!!"
